If you are ordering during a non-holiday time, every effort will be made to make you aware of major changes we may make.

If you are concerned about the finished look of the arrangement you are ordering, we encourage you to order directly by telephone in Australia 1300 720 452. Our shop is operated completely by the staff that handles the phone lines and quite often who are making the arrangements. We will actually be designing your flowers for you, there is no clearinghouse or off site order taking. Unlike many other floral websites, you will be speaking to a floral designer that is right in the shop that is making up your floral gift.

If you place your order by phone and want the arrangement identical in every way to the photo online, please express this to the person answering the telephone. They can tell you exactly what is in stock and if any type of substitution has to be made. Unless asked, all staff are trained to make each arrangement as close to the website photos as possible.
